Korean banana milk is a drink that tastes of bananas and milk tea, respectively. It dates back to 1974, when it was produced by Binggrae and up to date it is one of the most demanded products.
Some of the ingredients used for making Binggrae banana milk are, milk (at 85%), purified water, sugar, 0. Constituents: 32% banana juice concentrate, carotene, artificial flavours: banana, vanilla.
This composition may be different in the event that the prepared composition is for export since every countries customs laws are different. Also, they may have to be adapted for international shipping.
1 ripe banana, sliced or broken into pieces 1/2 cup regular milk 1/2 cup water 1 Tbsp maple syrup A small drop of pure vanilla extract
*1 Tbsp = 15 ml, 1 Cup = 250 ml
Blend all ingredients together until you get a smooth, milk-like texture. Serve immediately.
The milk is probably best to drink as you would if it came from the milking parlor directly here. You find the milk separates and takes on a color as time elapses.
However, in case you will need to preserve the food for some time, then it is acceptable to cool it and store it in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. The only thing you have to do is shake the milk very vigorously before drinking it.

Tightly wrap the top and let it sit in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or up to 8 hours, no longer because the bananas will begin to brown (see Notes on how to avoid browning).
