Possible increase in Centrelink payments

From 1 July 2024, Centrelink payments will increase by 3.6%, which coincides with the increase in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) in March 2024. New Centrelink payment dates

Additionally, for lifetime pensioners, authorised officers have reduced the fee percentage from 0.15% per annum to 0.11% per annum. From 1 July, the age limit for receiving the Age Pension will be raised to 67 years, where single pensioners will receive $204 per fortnight and partner pensioners will receive $360 per fortnight, without affecting their full pension.
